We will work closely with you to create a unique piece that meets your expectations. Once the design is finalized, we will provide you with a quote and estimated completion time.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your custom hat, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the hat is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We use standard one size fits most hats that you see here on our site. Have a favorite hat? We can use that. From Stetsons to Resistols to Gigi Pip - we can use any of these to make your perfect hat.

We offer worldwide shipping for all our custom hand-embroidered hats. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete the embroidery. After that, your hat will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
